phdaily complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. Your personal information will not be sold or disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Upon termination for cause, phdaily reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus amounts) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
